Most importantly when engaged in worship. Being prepared before hand helps me because then I trust my voice to know what is coming and I can just focus on listening to that soft gentle leading of the holy spirit. When I feel rushed or unprepared I tend to slip in and out of that inner stillness and fight against and second guess the leading. Praying before hand too it vital to that connection of peace. this is so true. Most importantly when engaged in worship.
