		<description>this is so true. Most importantly when engaged in worship. Being prepared before hand helps me because then I trust my voice to know what is coming and I can just focus on listening to that soft gentle leading of the holy spirit. 
When I feel rushed or unprepared I tend to slip in and out of that inner stillness and fight against and second guess the leading. Praying before hand too it vital to that connection of peace.</description>
